If the promise holds up we will be seeing this must see fight in March 2010

Hello boxing fans, the fight weve been drooling over for the last three years is finally going to happen. The most intellegent, egotistical, loud mouth, bad u know what, has finally put his money where his mouth is. Floyd "money" Mayweatther and Manny "pacman" Pacquiao have agreed to terms on a fight to take place in March 2010. I am a known MMA enthusiast, but I still wouldnt trade a PPV like this for any MMA superfight ever. The self proclaimed king of boxing is finally going to meet his match in the phillipino nightmare, of Manny Pacquiao. I have gone over and over on who would win this fight, but I just cant come up with a sure winner.

First you have Floyd Mayweather, Hes never been defeated as a pro and is the smoothest counter puncher in boxing history. He's been in the ring with some of the greats and has always layd the hammer down on them. No matter how many times its been said that this is the fight where he loses, somehow "Money" is always up at his best and conquers his opponent normally in a devastating fashion. Yes alot of people hate his outside thug life he lives, but the guys a fighter and you have to respect that. He shows up at every fight and puts on a performance for the crowd. Floyd Mayweather has been doing this since he was 4 years old. Hes been groomed to be the best and thats what he has done. Regardless of what happens in this fight I hope people dont forget about what this guy has done, and what hes been through. Mayweather Stuck with boxing all through his life and its paid off for him, and for that I am envious.I hope he can win this fight, but hes up against a machine in Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao has been on a mission over the last 4 years destroying all comers. I tip my hat to him. I never imagined after that war with Juan Manual Marquez that he would come this far. I give him his due. Hes a spurr of energy and if Floyd can keep his pace slowed it will be in his best interest. This guy just throws punches from angles that nobody sees. imagine being the guy in front of him. I cant. He is very relentless and if he smells blood he will attack. Hes a finisher of fights and that could be in Mayweathers favor, because ive never seen a guy counter punch like Mayweather can. So Pacquaio must keep a great pace, but cant over do it and rush because then it could be lights out.

This is going to be a war and if you cant find $50 then your out of luck, i would be selling my blood, my sweat, my hair, whatever i could just to buy this fight. Its a must see for any sports fan. I will be up front and center watching with my dad (well his ashes) and I will be remembering the great fights of the past and looking forward for this one to become the greatest fight of the present and someday the past.

Sorry, but have to disagree on two points:

Been in the ring with some of the greats?

Only Dela Hoya comes to mind. Mosley is old, cheap win over Ortiz, Hatton is overhyped. He ducked Cotto before when Cotto is still undefeated and reasoned that Margarito cheats. Bottom line is his afraid!!!

Laid the hammer down?

His KO % is very low. Most of his wins are decisions.
